Own check the same day: the CLI model table served the multiplier x0.00 and 5 one-shot runs (~120k tokens) took 0 credits. Tencent notice of 2026-09-30 evening (carried by IT之家 2026-10-02): Hy3 free and Hy4 preview night free (23:00 to 08:00 next day) are both extended to 2026-10-31. Because participation was very high, the daily free quota is distributed per user and requests enter a queue when that day's capacity is busy (the page shows the reset time). Users who had never opened Hy4 preview had to start their first Hy4 preview chat before 2026-10-10 23:59 to get 14 days of daily free quota from that day → end date Oct 31
